And people are in favor of gun control with public safety incidents like this? And the lawsuit will be funded by the taxpayer.

The only justice may be the officer doing the search may be in hot water with her girlfriend.

Now, "touching" the pinky and stinky are far from "cavity" searches IMO, but absurd none the less!!
