Default Dynamat question

Guy's going to start putting this in this week was wondering i have new floor pans and what do ya'll recommend preping the floor with first,primer paint etc,also does it matter the temperature outside or in shop etc when installing.THANKS!

Clean good with thinner and Install at room temp. Make sure you roll it down good. thats all.

I covered the floor with POR 15 first and after it dried then I put down the Dynamat
