Anyone catch new episode on last night? I don't like the new format of the show i felt the orig ones were better.

I didnt find it to be any different. Just no mention of the timeline. I thought it was alright. I'd like to see more detail added. But that might chase away the family members enjoying the story line. I'll keep watching anyway.

Sorry to disagree... but I think the new format is much better!

That '65 Impala was gorgeous. I also loved the red guts. I see no need for anyone else on the show except Chip and the build team.

Just watched the re-run. I liked it. I'd also like to meet Chip some day. That car turned out great from what I saw, higher quality and detail than the old show format.

Agree but I want even more tech, don't just gloss over things. I would love to see the show take one aspect, body, engine, suspension, etc and highlight one area on each show. Still show the overall but give us some real tech or demonstrations of how the work is done. Edumicate me!

I liked it. The story of the Marine was so good they could'nt get in the way of that! The Impala is gorgeous
