Looking for metal/body/paint work in Tucson.......

To all, First post here and looking forward to some good advice / guidance. I have had a 1979 TA since 1984, and have been thru the car twice over the last 28 years. Currently working on DSE minitubs, subframe connectors, tubular control arms, and color change. Car is down to the tub and epoxy primed.

What I need is a local (Tucson or Phoenix) professional shop to complete the heavy metal work, and final bodywork and paint. What I am running into are either do it yourselfers, or shops wanting 15 to 20k......... I'm stuck because the car is just not that valuable.

Budget in the 8 to 10k range....... Any recommendations?
