Mud Runs
There's a local 5K mud run in August and another in Daytona in October... now that I've registered for the Mudder, I'm thinking I may do those to prep for the 12 mile run Dec 1st in Tampa... thoughts?

I do one or two obstacle course races per month. No tough mudder yet, but I am registered for the OCT one here in the carolinas. I am going to finish the spartan trifecta this year.
They are a blast and while I do many of them alone they are a ton more fun to do with friends.
