Default 69 camaro primer time!

I have my car stripped to bare metal, I am thinking about 2 coats of ppg dp expoy primer on the outside and inside floor ect of the body, I am then thinking about going with ppg k38 urethane primer, want to know If you guys think I should use slick sand product over dp epoxy block with 180 then use k38 to final finish all body imperfections if there are by then any left, I haven't used slick sand product and also see there is a another product called superbuild by evercoat, what are your thoughts on these products thanks for the advice, also do you think I should use something else on the floor of body on inside or go with the dp 90

I don't know where you are buying your PPG products but around here they are crazy expensive. Have you looked at SPI epoxy and primer? Reasonably priced and they ship for free. Quality is excellent.

Not an expert/professional but I would use the following sequence:

epoxy
body filler and slick sand (or whatever spray poly you choose)
epoxy
high build primer
sealer

I like to have my filler sealed in epoxy from both sides.

If you are planning on shooting the car with PPG base and clear, just use all PPG primers. Do not use Slick Sand,Featherfill G2 is much better.

Default featherfill?

I worked in bodyshop for many years, I remember using feather fill back in 1990 it was like sanding the concrete floor is the g2 pretty easy to sand, I thought dp90, then use a poly primer, block with 180 then use k38, what's your thoughts I have been out of the loop for 7 years and know the products have changed thanks for your input
