Default 2012 Tire Rack One Lap of America

It's official - the 8 days, 3,601 miles, and 21 competition events that make up the Tire Rack One Lap of America are in the books and The OneLapCamaro is the 2012 Vintage American Class Champion!

The dry skid pad went OK - not great but we got through it - with an 0.934 G which is better than we've ever done but there is more to be had... maybe next time...

Awards ceremony is coming up and the a quick trip to Grant Park and we're going to finished here. Wow, what a week!

I'll work on a more complete overview over the weekend but for now that's it for live updates from the 2012 Tire Rack One Lap of America.

Special thanks to RideTech, Baer Brakes, OPTIMA Batteries, Touchstone, HRE Wheels, Currie, Centerforce, SpeedTech and of course the Pozzi's. And thank you to everyone who has supported our charity this year - The EvenStart Foundation for Children of Calgary!

Thank everybody!
James and Carl

It's nice to see the hard work and planning end with a victory.

From what I hear the Original One Lap Camaro are great guys, but I have to wonder if they don't wish James would go away for a year or two and give them the vintage American class back

Congratz James! I don't remember the trial and tribulations you may have gone through in year 1 but last year with the alternator and axle problems and then this year with Carl's emergency has proven your commitment to this event!
