Default NEED HELP with tempered glass dilemma

Ok so I need to know if anyone here can point me in the right direction for a tempered glass problem solver....

I have to either have two side windows (curved glass) ground down a bit or have custom glass made.

We had a local glass guy try grinding it, and one window popped while sitting on the table after it had been ground, the other one popped on the machine.

I can get another set of glass and mark out where it needs to be cut as a template if I have to have custom glass done.......

Anyone have a suggestion?

good luck.
you don't want to have to have custom ones made.
if you think you can have them made out of laminated safety glass then almost any archutectural glass company can do that.

As Blake said custom CURVED glass you will be spending big $$$$

Company that does this somewhat close to you that does custom bent temp.

As far as cutting down or sanding down existing tempered glass, not gonna happen. You will be lucking to sand down a 1/6" to 1/8" before having the lite break. Flat glass is not a problem, as soon as you talk bent or curved glass, its a whole nother animal.
