Default Frame rail question

Hey fellas need to ask your opinions. I have most of the sheetmetal I'm planning on replacing removed and I have this issue with my framerails.

They are in good shape except for like the back foot. What I'm thinking about doing is buying replacement frame rails and cutting and splicing the back part in front of the reinforcing part. So what I'm asking, is that what you guys would do or would you replace the whole rail? Also do any of you have experience with the replacement rails? Are they worth a crap?

Thanks for any help

If you have to replace the rail.Call Autoweld chassis and get a set of their 2x3 bent rail's.They are cheaper than OEM style replacement rail's.

If you have to replace the frame rails anyways......an Art Morrions rear clip would fit nicely in there. It comes with rails
