For sale, fresh built 440 wedge based Mopar, never fired. Factory block sonic tested/mag'd, all machine work done by Ed Hale machine in San Diego. Forged imported 4340 stroker crank, H beam rods, forged JE pistons 499 cubic inches. Fully ported Indy Cylinder 440-1 heads, brand new. Has full Indy shaft mounted rocker system. Solid roller Isky cam, Comp Endure-X solid roller lifters, chro-mo pushrods, etc. Internally balanced with SFI damper included. Does not include ignition, oil pump/pan or intake/fuel delivery.

Engine was planned around being a reliable, high end street brute for a project that got sidelined due to competing demands. Professionally assembled by ex-John Force mechanic with decades of machining and racing preparation experience, this engine is the real deal. Includes rolling engine stand, can be shipped at buyer's expense. Intended for a full size B-body car, this engine would be a brutal wheel stander in an early 'Cuda as well. Very realistically priced at $7.5k, located in San Diego area. Will readily entertain reasonable offers, but not forced to sell so please don't waste time with bottom feeding proposals.
