Default Fuel System

I am trying to determine which fuel pressure regulator to go with. I have a SB 302 with a Demon carb and a Fuel Safe fuel cell with a high pressure pump (Bosch 044) in the tank. I have a couple of questions.

1) What Fuel pressure regulator should I go with? Need (6-7 psi)
2) Will I need a return line to the tank?
3) Any other suggestions

Thanks

it cannot be any old regulator as most of the ones for an efi pump won't regulate down to carb pressure, and the normal carb regulators have trouble controlling the higher pressure efi pumps.

Aeromotive makes a few that allow an efi pump on a carb application. Every one I've seen uses a bypass line back to the tanks. #13301 will work. Here's a link to all their carb regulators. Make sure to read the details as all are not meant for efi pumps.

I'm sure there are other brands. Just make sure it specifically says efi pump to low carb pressure.

Ditto, most all fuel system manufacturers make EFI to carb return style regulators. Watch your return size and check return pressure to make sure you do not have restrictions.
