Default frame bending question???

hello all. i am currently building a 69 charger but have run into rotten frame rails. i have contacted a frame builder about bending new rails which would not be a problem but the distance from where i live is. does anyone out there know of a shop that can bend 2x4 rectangle tubing without having to cut it located around north/south dakota or minnisota? i live in northern manitoba canada and these places would be much closer than washington.
if not then i have no choice but to go with the other shop. oh well.

thanks a bunch
clarence
