He's driving the "old" circuit "Nordschleife" wich is 13 miles long. Sometimes they do racing there but most of the year it is open for public driving. It is then considered "Open Road" and German traffic rules apply. It is a oneway road and therefore it has the German no speed limit .

I have been thinking to go there with my car. It is "only" 1000 miles from where I live.
