Had this built for my truck and ended up going too duals

Brand new 2,200 cfm Spal fan with fan shroud..

What year truck was this made for and did it fit?
Might be interested if it fits a 69 Chevy c/10.

I made it for mmy 66. It would have fit since I went with a bigger radiator, but ended up doing duals for a/c

If you would like I can get better measurments so you can see when it bends
