Default Ladder Bars

I have searched for info on ladder bars, and i have seen pro and cons. Im wanting to set my truck up for street/drag. But I really want it to handle very good on the street. My bro has been trying to talk me into ladder bar set up. I will be running a 335 or 345 on the street and when i go to the drags i will put on slicks.

I want to be able to hook, I will be doing a small block with all the goodies now, so later down the road i can put postive pressure to it.

I was thinking of making my links 33" and angle my coil over in about 3-5 degrees in. And for rear end, i dont know if i will build a 8.5 or do a 9. I really want to keep it all GM stuff.

Thanks you
Dan
