Wow! I'd love an hour in the place, one large empty giant dump truck andfill as much as I can in the time allowed. Like that grocery store game show. Lol!

His biggest problem is finding a willing ang able buyer that wants to mess with inventoring the parts along with the contractual nightmare of the sale. Is the ground included? Moving all the parts is a pain in the aise. Personally, I see some exageration. Could be a winner at the right price.
