Default T56 in 69 , square?

I have just finished the install (or close to it) of a tremec in my 69,, Now ive cut a hole in the floor to fit the shifter and noticed the box sits a little crooked?
Is there a measurement or some way of getting it perfectly square , and yes b4 you ask the hole is cut square to the tunnel.

Hey Gav - for whatever reason, the t56 'clocks' a little funny and this is normal. The centerline should be straight however...
