2011 looks to be out biggest year yet. Some of the long term projects we have had going on for a few years are getting ready to go to paint. Looks like we will have a 1960 Ford truck out in Late April for the son in law of the owner of the 1948 Chevy truck. We are working high speed on Greg Weld's bubble top and if all goes well that car should be unveiled at SEMA in the BASF booth this year. We also have a 1956 Chevy coming together along with a 55 Chevy. I hope to get my 1957 Car out on the road also, I just upgraded the engine from the 480hp LS3 to the 525hp engine.
We are going to push our kinda quiet product line a little more next year. Our Hot Rod Fab Parts ECU brackets, fuse panels brackets and coil brackets have been a great product to make guys lives alot easier in the buidling process. I'm trying to get a website up and going to you can just order them online.
Our chassis's have done really well this year and we are looking to adding a few more models to the line up for 2012. We should have our 58-64 impala replacement chassis ready to go in early spring. We have really been trying to solve the problems these guys run into in their build. We have a fuel tank designed to relocate the fuel tank from behind the axle to a more useable position and have set it up to run the LS3 or CST-V fuel pump with a Vaporworks Controller.
Over the years we have been doing LS engine installs in most of our builds, Well it seems every time you want to make a nice install of a quality harness you have to rip all that plastic crap off the harness and shorten this and that to try and get things to fit. And if you want to wrap the harness in a closed loop loom cover you have to cut it up to slide the nice loom cover of the harness and re heat shrink the harness. Let alone the nightmare that happpens when you want to run mil spec connectors. Well we found a harness manufacturer that is going to begin building harness's for us that come fully wrapped with heat shrunk ends and are set up to relocate the coils to where ever you want. They have mil-spec connectors installed to go right on the back side of the engine in the firewall. Which I think will make the install even easier since you now only have to drill holes for the mill-spec connector and the Coil harness leads. We also will have a harness to put fuel injection on a small or Big block Chevy engine. It has a crank trigger installed in the timing cover and will use an LS1 or LS2 ECU and will allow you to use a Drive by wire throttle body with the proper manifold. We will be using this system on a Kinsler stack injected 572 with a 4L80 Trans and a Precision Machine manifold with a Drive by wire set up and a 4L80 trans. The harness's will come complete with an ECU, Sensors and gas pedal and a completely wrapped show quality harness. We are still working pricing but it should be very competitive for what is currently available and offer show quality results.
We have been working With HRE Wheels for quite a few years when we have a customer that demands the best wheels on the market. These guys go far and above what I have ever seen anybody do in the industry do. But with that quality comes a price. With the mess that a lot of Wheel companies have put there customers through this year I have had quite a calling to sell more of these wheels. So in 2012 we look to try and push wheels sales a bit more publicly. You will find a complete selection of all their wheels available on HRE's website. www.hrewheels.com
Here is a really bitchin video shop tour of their facility. Amazing how it's done.
Retail Price list
There selection of colors have to be seen in person to be believed. I saw the one of the browns on a Mono block wheel when I toured the facility over Thanksgiving weekend and it was a bitchin color.
Thanks to everyone who has made this year a great success for this year. If you have any questions beyond what you would ask in this thread, my email is [email protected].
I am looking foward to what you come up with on the harness. I looked into it a year or so ago, but could not get anyone to play ball with decent price point.

I'm asking for all the details (mil-spec, loom wrap, heat shrink, and relocated coils ) and then just going to price accordingly. The mil spec connectors are almost 60 bucks each and I will have 4-6 on each harness. I'm not going to try and compete with Painless on their harness's. But if you had to pay shop rate to have someone clean up your harness, My harness will be much cheaper then that. I think there is a market for this stuff but not to the guy looking for the lowest price.

I agree with you there, and did not plan to compete dollar for dollar, but was trying to get the price where is was not double anything else on the market and sticker shock a bunch of people out of buying one or spend countless hours explaining why mine is better than theirs. There needs to be more parts like this that are a more specific fitment, and not one size fits all.

I purchased my HRE's and tires from Ironworks. Great service and HRE delivered on time as promised. The quality of the wheels is incredible. The wheels are so true the fronts needed no weight to balance and the rears very little. Looking forward to the engine harness as well.
