Default What does the wire get connected to?

I am wrapping up my LS1 conversion in my 59 Bel Air, and I am puzzled by one wire. It is a purple 16 ga. wire that is in the harness that goes down by the crank sensor and starter. It is terminated with a 3/16 ring terminal on it. BTW, this is a GM Performance wiring harness / ECM #12480113. This appears to be the only item that is not marked. Does it go on the starter? Ground? (Can't imagine that due to it's purple color)

In advance, thanks!

Tim
