Default 1971 0riginal rs/ss worth

I found a matching numbers big block 1971 camaro. The car is running and has all new metal through out. Original 400 trainee and 10 bolt rear. The metal needs some fitting. Seats look fine and the interior needs headliner and other interior pieces. Approx. 2 grand to finish the interior right. All new exhaust, suspension, wiring. New craiger wheels and tires. Overall the car is solid and in my opinion will need a cool 10,000 to paint right and finish.

Any shots at the worth? Cowl tag is a Z27LS3 engine 3969854

Worth depends on alot of variables...rust, running or not, options, etc. But, if you're assuming $10k to finish add $7-$10k for unseen things. Therefore, if you want to finish it "right", then $20k would be safe to say.

No rust car is running and all numbers match. You are saying its worth $20,000 after putting another $17,000 in it?

I think 509 is saying plan on another 20K to finish it, which I would say is a pretty safe guess. The value of these cars is all over the map, with that being said BB 2nd gens are actually pretty rare ( 1533 built in 71 ) and if this is a #'s matching car I would finish it as a correct stock car because it will likely bring the highest price that way. Go to www.nastyz/28.com and due some research.
