Default LS Oil Pan for 1st gen.camaro/firebird

This is a new JZ Motorworks LS oil pan for 1st gen. camaro/firebird and 68-72 Novas. This pan will not work with my Speed Tech subframe. It is very close to fitting but hits the rack. It has been new in the box up until a week ago when I switched oil pans to fit the motor and trans. Pan comes with everything as it did when I purchased it new, oil pan, oil pump pick up tube, oil pan baffle, drain plug, oil cooler cover, oil cooler cover gasket and oil filter nipple. $300.00 plus shipping.

Default pan

If this is designed for the stock subframe/rear steering linkage, I will take it. Can you tell me what motor plates/mounts are needed for this pan?
Scott
