Default Customer experiences.

In many places in several forums and everytime you'll find customer experiences threads, and there are a lot of ways to see them, some of them cause pure trouble, some of them are an oportunity for dealers and authorized vendors/sponsors to grow and learn from other's or their own mistakes, and in most of the cases, unfortunately, they're just threads with people (excuse the expression but...) bitching about everyone else, and that's when the others can see who's just a kid, a troll, immature or just that, someone who bitchs about everything.

What's my point? You might be asking, well, here it is.

For what I've seen, people in this community is really mature, last bad experience thread I read (the one about DriverzInc) was handled in a really good way, from both parts, so what I'm saying is that, in every possible case, let's handle this matters with extreme care, because sometimes we don't know if we're gonna touch a nerve with something we say, or we're gonna mess up really bad, it's always a good idea that before saying anything about someone else's job we research about the situation of the person/society/company or whatever you're gonna talk or discuss about.

The communication is one of the most important issues when a discussion of this type is being held.

The point of this thread is to post suggestions, or complaints about the discussions in the customer experiences threads, only to help others, or make of ourselves the best we can.
