Default 69 Camaro

***SOLD!**** Thanks to all for your interest!

69 Camaro Roller - $3500

I have an extra 69 Camaro which I picked up locally a few years ago, Van Nuys built, was originally a 307/powerglide car, and from what I can tell has been in California its whole life. Still has a local college parking permit sticker on it from 1982. Great raw material for a pro-touring project. Have California registration in effect (under Non-Op) and clear title in hand.

The good:

Floors are pristine, no rust

Trunk floor is solid, a few pinholes only, no significant rust (see photos)

Doors are pristine, no rust

Areas around windshield channel all look pristine (have not removed the windshield)

Lower Quarters / wheel houses / Rockers are all pristine, no rust

The Bad:

Rear filler panel under back glass (panel between trunk lid and glass) has some rust in the usual spots and will need replacement / repair

Front sheetmetal / fenders and header panel, all have damage at their leading edges / are not worth fixing.

Other:

Lower valence panel and fender extensions look good.

Radiator support looks fine and nothing appears to have shifted.

Car has a 10-bolt rear under it, of unknown condition/vintage. It looks like it was probably tossed under the car in order to be able to move it around. Car has a mismatched pair of monoleaf springs under it and no shocks in back.

Car is located in Tracy, CA

Rob

If no one has beat me to it this looks like a great car to start off with to build my girl freind a track car. She keeps bugging me to drive Red Devil and I think that is a bad idea.

I sent you an E-mail.

How far are you from Woodland, CA. I know a guy there...

Rob

Thanks for letting me purchase this car

It will be my 14 th First Gen I've worked on, so I have some extra parts for it.

We'll give it a good home and the full treatment.

Oh how frustrating! Exactly what I've been looking for and only 15 mins down the road. I'll keep looking.
