Default Classic muscle cars sales

How do these guys sell these cars so cheap? Unless I'm mistaken these things generally go for about 10k more than they're asking in their advertised condition.

Look closely, they are strategically cleaned up cars. Motors pulled, engine compartment and under side spray can black, trunks resprayed, fresh orange paint on motor, new hoses, new chrome aircleaner, new booster and master, decent paint, and all on factory or boss wheels. If the cars are truly solid, prices are not out of line.
