Unless you have a cold air setup outside the engine compartment, or one sealed off from underhood heat you'll see temps like that, and much higher in the summer and/or slow driving with stop lights.
I did a lot of IAT datalogging with my Lightning, and those open K&N style filters underhood are terrible for pulling hot air. I'd see temps in stop and go driving pushing 200 degrees, plus it took miles of driving without stopping to get the temps back down within 15-20 degrees of ambient.
I swapped to an enclosed sealed from underhood air filter box and although the temps would still raise sitting at a light, they were 30-40+ degrees cooler minimum from the open element. And when you started moving again the air temps dropped very fast, reaching at or near ambient in less than a mile; the open element would never reach those temps period, and took miles to drop even a few degrees.
