Default HELP: Stock hub spindle with tall lower ball joints

I am trying to finish installing this kit for a trip tomorrow so am desperate. I have the SC&C Stage 2 setup for a 65 Chevelle. I have everything installed including the lower tall ball joints. I can’t get the stock hub with stock spindle on the lower a arm with the new tall ball joints.

The bottom inside of the hub hits the lower front of the a arm and bottom of the new ball joint with the ball joint bolt canted really bad trying to get it in the spindle. The kits states that it works with stock spindles, brakes, etc.

Do I need to disassemble the hub to get the spindle on the lower ball joint and then reassemble? If I do this will it fit this setup?

At this point I thought about using a hammer to slightly reshape the low inside of the hub to make it fit but I don’t want to go there.

I was able to get it in by pulling the hub off. I had just enough flex to make it work but I may need to do some trimming.

The hub is noisy now so I am going to pull it back off and see why.
