Default HPI Customs Customer Projects.....

So here's some other stuff thats happening around our shop that doesn't get all the hype.... some more affordable projects and a little bit of variety!

We have been putting together an Art Morrison 55 Bel Air Chassis for a client, and will be doing alot of assembly on this one. Yes, sometimes they can't ALL be LS motors...... Just got the exhaust done and routed, kinda neat. We did custom bumper mounts so we could take advantage of the awesome bumper shape.

How about a 67 Chevelle, 502 Crate motor, bolt on suspension, Kore3 brakes, magnaflow exhaust, American Autowire Wiring, true "restomod"

Here is another chevelle that is waiting in line, and a 65 Mustang Fastback that we have a 2011 5.0L and custom chassis going under and a ton of custom parts and body mods (our next big one, so watch for a build thread!) And my 64 Pontiac (I did start on the body!!!!!)

Another 55 Belair that we modified the stock frame and did a LS1 Crate drivetrain, Ricks Tank, Stainless exhaust etc

Here is a 68 Camaro that was RUUUUUUSSSSTED bad. we changed almost everything, put in a Speedtech Front suspension kit, LS1 with carb conversion, 700R4, and built a triangulated 4 link for. Customer wants a bit of new but mostly just a driver that has some old school flavor. Rims will follow, but most likely will be Welds with M/Ts. Custom 3 inch exhaust (its too big, but he has been talking about forced induction) Ricks tank as well.

And a prostreet style Chevelle frame with a Dart monster motor

Also, forgot we are doing a 67 Fastback. It is out for paint now, but we did a ton of body mods. It is getting all Total control suspension, a 347 fuel injected stroker, t5, etc etc!

Once the mustangs get underway, I will post more! The Coyote motor will be soon, and the 67 is coming back from paint in a couple weeks so we can start up a thread and show you all the goodies!

The 67 Chevelle is pretty cool, being that it is one of those cars that is alot more attainable for people like me (not as big a pocket book!) and it will look the part too. It has an entry level set of wheels, (rocket racing booster) but even at that, with the marina blue and the red calipers, they look awesome!

I like threads like this! Hits a little more to home honestly.

I love all the over the top, every nut and bolt polished, Pro-Touring builds, but it is very nice to see something I can relate to what I am doing in my garage.

Thanks a lot and great work!
