Default 98 Ls1 swap on first gen Camaro\Firebird

So I pulled the trigger and picked up this gem

Aside form my future chiropractor bills, the deal was hard to pass Also loading up the package together using a cherry picker on a lifted truck is not the way to go 63K miles, on engine and auto tranny, 806 heads (98 Camaro).

The plan is to drop these puppies on a first gen firebird (1968).

I have been browing many of teh greta threads here, but have not seen oo many recent updates or simply sucked at the search skills.

I appreciaet all info, leads or write-ups on the process. I am trying to do this swap within budget (yep right), and am trying to make a list and check it twice. As there a good amount of vendors supporting this swap, also any first or second hand experience with the products to go with or avoid are greatly appreciated.

This is the list I have so far, please let me know what I am missing:

1- Engine and tranny mounts.
2- Exhaust manifold and headers
3- wiring harness (modify or painless, and if so which one)?
4- oil pan?
5- fuel pump, tank, plumbing?
6- PCM what needs to be done?
7- radiator and fan?

Thanks!

Gui
