Our HAVOC wheels like the rest of our products have a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty we stand behind. We have only seen one wheel returned in over a year of production. As for as lug nuts most everybody uses the stock ones. We actually think the contrast looks good with the wheel and matched the big rotors behind. All of our SEMA cars had stock lug nuts on them. The wheels also come with a chrome center cap but as mentioned earlier in this thread we designed the wheel to fit the factory bow tie center cap.
