Rediculous power with those kind of street manners, but laying all that power down with those tires at nearly any speed seems nearly impossible. A rolling coffin if I owned it.

Love the fog bank he created in the street with that one particular throttle blast.

This is my dad's car. He got it, for a little while anyway, at Hot August Nights, last year. He said it is wicked fast. Great street manners. It's back at Tom's getting some more work done on it. I dropped by last month and saw it. It's almost done. I still havn't got a chance to ride in it or drive it. By the way, my dad is 73 years old! If you Google his name, along with either "Proud American" or "Chevy II Heavy" there are some photos of him, back in the day, when he raced funny cars, in northern California, in the late 60's.

That is awesome! What a clean car. Do you guys know why it seems to load-up and shutter off the line? Is that a fuel delivery or an low octane issue?

I think the 'shutter' might be the engine quickly hitting the rev limiter, which is a perfect example of the engine's power and the overmatched tires.

Another sweet overpowered monster from Nelson. His videos are awesome. Just burning up the streets blocks at a time.
