Default delete sold part threads?

hello all, just was looking thru the parts for sale threads, and notice alot of the items have been duplicated, triplicated and sold, is there a way someone could go in and delete these???? just wondering there are alot of them on there. just a thought?

I for one want them to stay. There aren't a ton of them to begin with. They provide a nice record of what is sold and general pricing usually. I value that. Many people go in and mark them "sold" after the sale, so that seems like enough I would think to consider the matter closed.

someone could lock all the threads that the stuff has been sold then you could tell before opening it...
