Default Powerex Rotary Scroll Compressors

Anyone have any experience? There is a 5hp oil-less industrial one nearby for sale used for what seems like a good price. Plenty of air as I can tell (15 CFM @ 100 PSI). Quiet at 50 dB. Would be great in my garage as it is also pretty small. Could go under a table pretty easily.

Does it require single or three-phase power?
