67 camaro 12 bolt value?

I found a 67 camaro 12 Bolt posi for 1000 bucks with new drum brakes and 4:10 gears, which is exactly what I need. The guy says it is in good condition and working order.

Is a 1000 a good price?

Just got home with it! I got a killer rear. After running the numbers it is a factory 1967 camaro 12 bolt 4:10 posi Built March 22nd.

New brakes and the cables and brackets still attached

Purchased one for $1,500. 3.73 gears, Eaton Posi...ect. Used it for 5 years and sold it for $1,200. I guess 12 bolts are hard to come by.

That is about right. Sold mine for $800 with no brakes, stock perches cut off and minitub ones welded on, and noisy gears. It was a good date code match to a guy's 68 big block car in Australia. So on a pallet it went.
