Default 96Z rear into a 69?

I plan on doing the Detroit Speed or Speed Tech rear suspension set up on my 69 Camaro. Trying to stip as many parts off my built 96 Z/28.

Will my KTRE 12 bolt rear from my 96 fit into my 69?

Thanks
John

Maybe, if you run a wheel with ton of positive offset, and it still may be to wide for that. And will also look like crap.

Or have it narrowed.

Thank's,

I figured I would have to get it narrowed.

Not too sure what the differance in length is. I guess I'll find out.

Thank's again

Buy the time you get it narrowed, and buy new axles, you might be better off selling it to someone who needs it, and putting that towards a rear to fit what you need.

Sure would be less hassle.
