Default checking run out on new bellhousing?

I'm getting ready to put on my new bell housing and TKO on my LQ9 motor. I'm wondering how many people actually check the run out before bolting everything up. I was told with the LS motors they are usually fine. My instructions that came with the TKO says anything more then .005" needs to be adjusted.

My run out ended up being .022". I'll need to get some new dowels. This LS swap is starting to SUCK! Nothing has been easy!
