This TB should work out fine as I read many time itts not like a carb, you cant over flow it with cfm's because the ECU controls the fuel to match air flow. Rich your right its going to be a pain with the linkage. I may have to give you a shout, and by the way my wife says I'm stuck in the 70's. I don't know why those platform shoes and plad pants are bound to come back in style. lol

Not really, I gaurantee you you'll have better throttle response with a smaller TB. If it had a 1050 on it why are you going to run a 1600 or 2000 cfm throttle body? Do you plan on picking up 30% more power? Probably not huh. Not trying to be a jerk, just giving you some real world experiences. Plus the ECM will just mantain the programmed Air/Fuel, doesn't have anything to do with airflow velocity, and unless you're making over 650 hp, 50# injectors are way too big. I made 620 on a 427W with 42's no problem. I'd also recommend going sequential if you're not already. That will help low rpm throttle response as well.
BTW, have you bought your FAST setup already?
