Default custom headers

Ok since I have not posted in like forever and a week, I thought I would post an updates on my car. Since the last time I posted, the supercharger pluming was completed, new factory tank with extended sump, aeromotive pump, filter, and 4 port boost sensative regulater, with the rest of the fuel system.
Trans linkage installed, aluminum drive shaft, and wiring harness started.

One thing that I would like to brag about is, are the headers that were made for me. Since I installed a rack in pinion steering on the car close to 10 years ago, there are no headers that will fit my car. And plus I wanted to do something differant. So I finally decided that to get some attention when the hood is opened, like the supercharger and intercooler wont be enough.

I had the headers mimic the swepted back look of the 62-63 max manifolds. Why this, because if you have seen these, you know that they are pretty wild.
The rest of the exh will be getting done in the next couple of weeks.

By the way, if you are interested in getting any custom header, and exh work done, please contact ALEX GUTIERREZ BIG HEAD MOTORSPORTS.

Default more header shots.

Here are some more shots of Alex's work. By seeing how this guy can weld will show you why I decided to have him build these for me. I can weld but, not like this.

Sure no problem. It is a 68 charger, 383 BB D1SC procharged and intercooled. engine has all foged internales, aluminum heads painted engine color, custom 10qt pan that I built not to go past the the lowest part of teh K member. Full MSD ignition, alum rad, twin electric fans, auto trans, full aeromotive fuel system, full wilwood brakes, weld Zeta wheels.

The suspension consists of cap auto produts front upper lower tubular control arms, bigger torsion bars, front rear sway bars, and just waay more stuff to mention. The car is at GEARHEAD garage right now. Once the exh is done, Jason is going to finish the elctrical so I fire this thing up.

Here is a picture of what it used to look like.
