Default Hey Ya'll- from the woods of NE Louisiana!

My bud here in the shop has been posting pics of his truck build here, so I thought I might join up and show what I've been workin' on.

My ride of choice is a 70 Challenger R/T Convertable. It is a factory big block R/T, factory triple black, and came with power top and power windows, but no air! LOL Anyways, lemme see if I can get a pic of it up on here.

This car was completely torn down, dipped, and built back the way I wanted it if I could have ordered it that way. It has a 451 stroker, tremec TKO 5-speed and a 3.54 posi with 4-wheel disc brakes. The interior has Corbeau front seats so I can drive it for more than an hour at a time. It actually got 20 MPG on the Power Tour in 03!

If you go to myspace and do a search for Carsavior, you can check out some pics of other projects we've played with.

Finally this board is getting some more Mopars!! Nice looking ride bro, always love the triple black look. So has the #'s matching crowd been giving you crap for modifying a rare car? I say do it your way and have fun with it.

No probs from the auction crowd- not that many of us (Moparites) around here anyways. Been working on more Ford products than anything here in the shop, besides my projects. I have a 65 New Yorker that belonged to my sister before we lost her to cancer, the shell is painted and I'm ready to get it back on the road. I have a 41 Dodge truck I plan to rod, and couple of old school VW's that need some attention too. That and helping Toby work on his 8something Chevy truck. I painted a couple of bikes, I could get used to that! But we'll keep ya'll up on what we got coming out and see what you think about it
