Yeah, I was there yesterday. I've never seen a Chevelle handle like that before. Yesterday Bret was just a tick off the top @ around 28.8 . Kyle tucker and Brian Finch were battleing for top time @ 28.6? sec. . Their cars ( the '70 camaros) seemed more balanced than everyone else's. Although Bret's Chevelle, Stacy's '69 and the Kryptonite '69, both looked very strong. Beautiful builds. It was the 1st time, that I've seen any of top PT cars run. The drivers and the cars were Very Impressive

WOW! That hood cam really shows how tight the 1st set of corners were. You couldn't really tell from behind the fence. I couldn't really hear the 1st to 2nd shift when the cars were on the track. I'm guessing it took place at the
1st rt. turn after the start. But sometimes, it sounded like some of the cars ran the track in 1st gear, the way that would torque down when they would let of the gas. Is that likely?

we ran most of the track in 1st i remember the car shifting twice i think and they were in the long sweeping turns.behind the fence doesnt do that ride justice.you have know idea the g's these cars pull on you.its a hell of a lot faster than it looks.im still pumped up thinking about that ride.
