Default ZR1 wheels?

What do you think of putting 96' ZR1 wheels (Red Witch style) on a 67' camaro? Yes/No? Would I be better off just ordering aftermarket wheels? Please give my some imput.

What i've came across from my reading and searches, those 17X11 wheels will require mini tub. I have seen a picture in a old magazine with a Red 67 Camaro with those ZR1 wheels, they looked sweet! Its a lot of work to get them on but well worth it.

Yep, I love the why they look on the Red Witch, but do you think 17" wheels are a good idea or are 18" wheels a better choice.

It's stupid. Don't do it.

Here is how to do it, even though it's stupid. ;-)

Yeah but i think running 17X11 mini tub with 325/30 17's look good on the rear.

The 17's are better for performance, cheaper tires, and easier to fit than 18's. i don't know about 18's being better handling i haven't verified it. I think its really up to you what you want.

Thanks for the input. So does anyone have any great source for getting a OEM set 17 x 8.5 and 17 x 11 in silver ?
