Default Leaf spring # rating.......

Need to replace the monos on my 69, going to be street car......I just can't afford a set of DSE leafs right now. Anyways Summit has a set of 2in drop leafs foR about $90 a piece but they're rated at 112lbs......seems soft to me.?? would these cause the ass end to bounce around?
