Default Whats your ride height....69 Camaros

Trying to see what others stance is compared to mine. Mine is 24" front and 25.5" rear. This is the lowest point from the center of the wheel wells to the ground. I think I need to drop mine about another 1/2".

Thanks guys!!!!

Mine is 21 7/8 front & 23 1/4 rear, however I have the chrome wheel well moulding on mine which adds about a 1/4 to both front and rear (makes car look lower).

Dang! Sucker is LOW! Is that at ride height or fully dumped. You have air ride right??

No air---just narrower width tires in front (235/35 19) on a 19 x 8 wheel. Some light inner fender mods and more backspacing on the fronts and rears. It has coilovers all the way around. I sacraficed width to get it to sit this low. I also made sure the rear wheels (20 x 9) and tires (275/35 20) were as centered as I could get them in the wheelwell so that it had max clearance up and on the sides. Jon at Driverz helped me get the offset just right on my Rushforth's to make it all fit. I have some slight rubbing in the rear going at an angle up steeper driveways, but I live with it because it sits the way I like. There's always trade offs. I belive you are running 10's on the rear, you won't want to get as low as mine with those. Your car looks great with those wheels Ron---really like it---once you lower it down where you like it, it's going to be one of the nicest combos out there--you made a great choice and it shows big time. You're in Stockton right? You should come down for the RTTH event---break that new setup in on the drive down---would be a blast. Drag Ned with you!

Doug

I work the weekend of that event but if ccan get if off I would love to come out.
Thanks for the help Doug!

Ron I just checked mine for you.

My garage pavement is quite uneven so here are the measurements: Front 23-1/4" and rear (23-3/4" driver side) (24-1/2" pass side). I am sure on even pavement the rear would level out to ~24.2"

Let's get this straight, I assume you guys are measuring hub centric to the bottom of the fender opening. I usually reference the crease. I'm at 23.25 and 24.25 at the bottom of the fender. That gives me 2" of compression out back and plenty out front. I run my stuff hard and that requires extra space. Doug, you won't get away with your jabroni stance 2 weeks from now.

Great info thanks guys. Sounds like around 3/4 to 1" offset from front to rear is about ideal. I am going to leave the front alone so just going to lower the rear to match. Looks like my rear tail pipes are going to have to be removed and modded if I lower it more. I only have about a 1/2" clearence from the tire right now.
