Default Some tail end work

I have been at work trying to get my car ready for the spring I live in Virginia and we have been buried in snow for a while now. I built some taillight buckets for the back of my car. As you can see from the pic, I am running Marquez 3D modern taillights. As you all might guess the factory reflectors do not account for the angles in the taillights. I did not like the light intrusion on the center lens at night. I put in the spaghetti engineering sequential taillight set and I could not believe the difference in the Light. The flash kind of kills how bright they are. I also got in the mail a set of the Marquez trunk hinges. These are just plain works of art. The detail and the finish is just kick a$$. I am completely redoing the trunk but these are definitely a center piece. I have seen the competitors at SEMA and these are just in a different league. Way nicer! The bolt cover is an awesome idea and the fit is very tight here are a couple of images sorry, I am no photographer.

Awesome. Did you go with the sequential mode on the Spaghetti lights?

The lights went in super easy other than having to build my own light housings. Because of the LED boards you can make them flatter than stock.
American auto wire did the harness with the spaghetti lights. The one I have has the wiring harness with it so it was a plug and play deal. But they stoped making the plug in kit. (BIG MISTAKE) I am trying to get vid of the sequential mode. You do not have to use the diffuser that comes with the Spaghetti lights and the guy that I talked to on the phone at spaghetti recomended not using them with the marquez lights.
Now I have to get busy on the trunk starting with the hinges. The bolt covers are so well done the fit is tight. I can not wait to get these in. No more will the trunk slam down when a slight breeze ambles by. The way they are built they should take all of the side to side motion you get with stock hinges.

Yes I made my own boards using 12V LEDs and Radio Shack circuit boards. Military 2M training starting to come in handy I did not post a pic of those but they are pretty bright. They are nothing fancy but they work. You can go to advance auto parts and buy 12 LED in any color you like. The ricers use them to light up there dashes and color matched stuff so go to the bolt on stuff Isle in the store.

I am also making an LED License plate light. Using the original housing. Here is an idea, make a bolt in unit out of billet. I wonder if it will happen????

I am sure solid works guys are already getting busy. It should put out the nice white colored light and make the cops happy
