Default Racing Game Gift

So my son Jason received money from his Grandma towards a Steering wheel set up for his PS3 that he wants. Any feedback here guys on what are the decent ones at a reasonable price. They vary from 40.00 to 400.00!
Can you have two steering wheels hooked up to PS3 for multiple player.

You can get the steering wheels fitted for multiplayer, but it's not the simplest thing ever, and as for the best ones, Logitech PWNS them all, is the best you can find in the market. Logitech G27 is the best steering wheels I've ever used, I don't have it, but a friend does, and OMG, you could also build a base for the whole kit.

logitech does make good stuff ...but ..... there is a german company called fanatec - i came across this wheel when i was at a persons home who had built himself a full blown 3 screen racing simulator for his game room .... i was so impressed that i bought myself one - another selling point is they make a wheel that works on the 3 major systems (xbox360 ps3 and cpu ) so you dont have to buy different wheels for different systems - i have included a link to their webpage

http://www.fanatec.de/webshop/new_usa/index.php

Thanks for the info, he bought the G25 yesterday with his Christmas money.
I played a couple games with him, what a difference from the toggle. Next up is making a chassis for the whole set up with the seat which may take me till next Christmas.

I may be able to solve that problem for you also. I have been trying to design one that uses a race car seat.

Or this one seems like a good price. But I'm not sure I would fit in that, so I have been designing my own on my off time...... YEAH

I see your mind is thinking again! Ha! another Product debut?
Ive already been pricing a smaller screen today to mount to some type of chassis set up I may come up with, so the girls don't complain were hogging screen time. This is going to get addicting. Im bias towards wood you know so it may have to be in walnut or tigerwood. At least it will go with the other furniture LOL
