Alright I will be the dumb ass and ask how does the race work. They are doing a take off from a rolling 60mph correct? Are the starts accurate? Are they running against each other? What is with the guy on the bike??

I assume the bike is there to pace the vehicles. The starts are not "tree" accurate, but as he said in the clips, he let the other car take off first. Of course they are running against each other. These are roll on races, nothing more. But certainly impressive.
