Default finally new seats

After a long debate on whether to redo my factory 70 chevelle bucket seats or just buy new ones i made a decision. they are nice and comfortable, most importantly, very adjustable! they really dont clash too bad with the rest of the interior either, im debating on whether i should put the chrome trim on the hard backs just to bring them around like the factory seats were..
here are some pics. enjoy..

My wife has one of those. The seats are comfy and give good support. Hers are the two tone cloth, if they were leather they might have been "missing" by now. What did you do for brackets?
I think those look great in there.

i just drilled four holes in the floor pan. i used some really thick 2" shim washers we have and some shim stock. only the front two mounts need a 3/4 inch shim cut. then i used the washers top and bottom to pinch the floorpan. i was going to build some nice brackets because i planned on bedlining the floor while i had the carpet out. well turns out the floor pans were flawless. no rust or anything so i just rolled the carpet back far enough to work. i really like the fact that that butt of the seat is adjustable up and down. the offer far superior support than the factory seats too.

GM --

Those look GREAT!! Way to go!

I'm going to have to look at those for my 37 Ford! Never would have thought of a Hyundai!! I was going to look at used Honda seats (they need to be smallish)
