I am planning another gp but I want to get a handle on inventory so I can ship anything ordered. Developing new product and trying to keep up with inventory is tough - especially when you are a small shop! If there are enough guys interested I can post something if everyone understands that I am low on stock on some items looking at 4-6 week lead time. Let me know what you guys think.
