Simplest way is too buy a Chevelle radiatior set up for the LS1. We sell them, as do a couple others on this board

I know Frank @ Prodigy has a sweet setup for the Chevelles. I have it on my list when I get back on my feet with $ but right now I am tinkering with what I have

The 66 / 67 Chevelle can be tricky depending on what pulley set up you have.

Would need to know exactly what set up is on it. Short or long water pump? Stock V Belt? Sepentine drive.
