Default Inovations that came from Military

Got to thinking.

Things like Turbos Nitrous and Supercharging all have strong roots in Fighter planes from the WWI and WWII. So are their other Power related things that have their origins in Militaries (note not just US I believe Germany developed most of these first)

Just interesting thoughts is all..

On those same fighter planes, water / meth injection was used to augment the superchargers.

Arguably, Practical fuel injection (meaning, done on a large scale, beyond just experimental / low volume)
