70 chevelle SS 454 LS6 ( BB) not PT

This is not a pro-touring car nor an ideal candidate for one in my opinion due to what it is. It is a barn find in original paint with its matching number motor and 12 bolt along with its original build sheet. It is a real LS6 car red with black interior and M22 4 speed. I will sell for 35,000 or trade up or down for a 69 camaro. My PT 69 camaro is still about a year from being completed so I'm looking for something I can enjoy this summer and fall. This is a barn find last registered in 1989. Very solid southwest car that will not need any panel replacement. Thanks.
